Smith Creek is especially car friendly. Parking is quite easy. However, the public transit infrastructure in Smith Creek is not very accessible. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. This area is bicycling-friendly. This part of the municipality is not very conducive to pedestrians since very few common errands can be run without a car.

A vehicle is usually needed in Smith Creek to reach the nearest grocery store. There are a few choices for those who value close by restaurants. Concerning education, in this area, parents and their schoolchildren will often be able to reach daycares without the use of a vehicle. In contrast, Smith Creek does not have any primary schools or high schools.

Character

Smith Creek is a wonderful neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced ambience. This part of West Kelowna is especially quiet overall, as there are low levels of noise from traffic.
