North Quadra

The neighbourhood of North Quadra is part of the municipality of Saanich, British Columbia, which is located in the Greater Victoria metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent mode of transportation in North Quadra. Many houses for sale are a short drive from the closest highway, and coming across a place to park is easy. In contrast, North Quadra is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, there are about 10 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most properties. Walking in North Quadra is not very common, even though many day-to-day needs are easy to meet without a car. In contrast, bicycling is fairly popular in North Quadra since this part of the municipality is home to reasonably good cycling infrastructure.

Services

It is frequently an option for home buyers in this area to do their grocery shopping by foot. Moreover, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, and there are also a few cafes in North Quadra. When it comes to education, in this part of Saanich, parents and their schoolchildren will typically be able to get to daycares and schools by foot.
