The neighbourhood of Lower Sahali is part of the city of Kamloops, British Columbia, which is located in the Greater Kamloops metropolitan area.

Transportation

It is easy to commute by bike in Lower Sahali. Many of the houses for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are also moderately conducive to pedestrians; running daily errands is convenient without the need for a vehicle. Lower Sahali is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, there are around 20 bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. On the other hand, driving is an excellent mode of transportation in Lower Sahali. It is very easy to access a parking spot, and most real estate listings are a rather short drive from the closest highway, such as columbia street west.

The nearest grocery store in this part of Kamloops is generally only a reasonably short walk away. Even though this part of Kamloops is not known for its vibrancy, with its a few bars, there are options for nighttime activities. On the other hand, there are approximately 40 green spaces close by for residents to unwind in, including Strathcona Park and Riverside Park, and they are especially well-spread out, which makes it easy to access them.

Housing

Over half of the housing stock of Lower Sahali is made up of single detached homes and small apartment buildings, and the remaining properties are mainly townhouses.
