Situated within the Greater Edmonton metropolitan area, Grandin is a neighbourhood within St. Albert, Alberta.

Transportation

Driving is an excellent transportation option in Grandin. It is very convenient to park, and it is a short car ride to the nearest highway from any location in Grandin. However, travelling by transit can be difficult in this part of St. Albert due to the low service level. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by approximately 20 bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. Bicycling is easy in Grandin as the bicycling infrastructure is fairly good. However, there are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of this neighbourhood, despite the fact that running daily errands is convenient without needing to get in a vehicle.

Services

Schools and daycares are convenient to reach without the need for a car from most homes for sale in this neighbourhood.
