Part of the Greater Edmonton metropolitan area, Eastwood is a neighbourhood within Edmonton, Alberta.

Transportation

This neighbourhood affords property owners the choice between several modes of transportation. House buyers who appreciate living in an area that's walkable will be pleased with the moderately pedestrian-friendly character of Eastwood; running day-to-day errands is easy without a car, and there are also a good number of businesses close by. Eastwood is also a fairly convenient part of Edmonton for cyclists. More precisely, there are a limited number of hills. Owing to Coliseum Station on the Capital Line, and approximately 10 nearby bus lines, Eastwood benefits from good transit infrastructure. Cars are also a reasonably good medium of transportation in Eastwood. It is easy to park, and the majority of real estate listings are a short car ride from the closest highway.

Services

Daycares and schools are especially easy to access by foot from most properties for sale in this part of Edmonton. With regards to eating, it is very often an option for house buyers in Eastwood to buy general and specialty groceries as pedestrians. Character
