Nevertheless, there are about 10 bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are ordinarily very close by. On the other hand, it can be very difficult to get to high schools without the use of a car.

Character

Pacific Heights offers a calm ambience and will appeal to those who enjoy spending time outdoors. This part of Saskatoon is excellent for those who need quiet areas, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic. Lastly, public green spaces, like Morris T. Cherneskey West and Lion's Century Park, are very well-spread out and there are about 20 of them close by for residents to unwind in, which makes it easy to reach them.

Housing

Most housing in Pacific Heights was constructed in the 1960s and 1970s, during its largest building boom. In this neighbourhood, about 85% of dwellings are single detached homes, but townhouses are also present in the housing stock.
