Character

Exhibition is a "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to the feel of this part of the city. Even though the atmosphere is not the liveliest in this part of Saskatoon with the nightlife venues in nearby neighbourhoods, it is very easy to find a place to grab a drink because they are generally located very close by. Exhibition is very good for those who need a quiet atmosphere, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour, although there are still several noisier sections, especially near Idylwyld Drive or Adelaide Street. It is easy to reach green spaces from the majority of locations in the neighbourhood since there are around 20 of them nearby for residents to discover.

Housing

Roughly 40% of homes in Exhibition were constructed before the 1960s, while most of the remaining buildings were built in the 1960s and the 1980s.
