Transportation

Regardless of the means of transportation, it is rather convenient to get around in this part of the city. The transit access in Lefebvre Park is reasonably good. For instance, homeowners profit from the Gare LaSalle, Gare Du Canal and Turcot Ouest on the 14 - Candiac and 15 - Mascouche. The neighbourhood is linked by around 30 bus lines, and bus stops are typically very close by. Lefebvre Park will also appeal to people who value living in a walkable community as it is rather accommodating to pedestrians; many daily needs can be met without a car. Moving around by bicycle is convenient in this area because it is a flat ride to most destinations.

Services

It is very easy to access the nearest grocery store without a car from any home in this part of Montréal. Furthermore, there are a fair number of opportunities for those who value nearby restaurants and cafes. It is also a reasonably short trip to a decent selection of clothing stores. With respect to education, primary schools and daycares are very convenient to get to without a car from most homes for sale in this area. However, there are only a limited number of high schools and thus they can be an extended trip away.

Lefebvre Park has a character that caters to a fairly diverse group of people. Although this part of the city is not known for its vibrancy, the vibe can still be quite lively around its busier streets, and with its a few bars, it is very easy to find a place to grab a drink since they are generally located very close by. Lefebvre Park is very good for those who enjoy quiet surroundings, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic. This area also features not that much greenery; to be more precise, residents will find that the tree canopy coverage for the majority of streets is sub-par. However, parks, including Parc Lefebvre and Parc Cavelier-De LaSalle, are very well-distributed and there are about 40 of them nearby for residents to enjoy, making them very easy to reach.
