The neighbourhood of sector B is part of the city of Brossard, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Sector B will appeal to house buyers that appreciate a variety of modes of transportation. Sector B is transit friendly as a result of Panama with access to the Gare Centrale - Brossard, and over 50 nearby bus lines. Home buyers who appreciate residing in a community that's walkable will also enjoy the pedestrian-friendly nature of sector B; running common errands is easy without a vehicle. This part of the city is fairly amenable to cycling since bicycling is facilitated by the generally flat terrain, and there are a fair number of bike lanes.

Services

It is a short distance to access daycares and primary schools from most houses for sale in sector B. However, high schools are not very plentiful and consequently tend to require a rather long trip to get to. As far as eating is concerned, it is usually feasible for house buyers in this part of the city to buy groceries without a car.
