Transportation

Kirkland Park will attract house buyers who want to be in an area that's walkable because it is reasonably geared to getting around on foot; running daily errands is easy without a vehicle. The bike is a good method of transportation in this part of the city as there are a limited number of slopes to challenge cyclists. The transit service in this part of the city is not very accessible. Thankfully, residents are served by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is usually around the corner. However, the favoured way to navigate this neighbourhood is usually driving. Many real estate listings are a short car ride from the closest highway, and it is easy to come across a parking spot.
