Transportation

King George Park is very quiet, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. There is a lot of greenery in this area; there are approximately 30 public green spaces close by for residents to discover, like Parc Westmount and King George Park, and they are especially well-located, which makes it easy to reach them. In addition, residents will find that numerous tree-lined streets are prominent.

Housing

In King George Park, roughly one third of dwellings are townhouses, while small apartment buildings and single detached homes are also present in the housing stock. This part of Westmount experienced its largest building boom prior to the 1960s, so most of the available properties are from this era.
