Transportation

This neighbourhood is a fairly good part of Windsor for getting around by car. Coming across a parking spot is quite easy. However, the public transit service in Riverside is not very frequent. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally around the corner. There aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of this part of Windsor, although most daily needs are convenient to meet without a car. However, the bike is a good method of transportation in Riverside as bicycle riders do not encounter serious slopes.

Services

The nearest grocery store in this area is generally only a rather short walk away. Additionally, a restaurant is often just around the corner, for example on Wyandotte Street, and a small number of coffee shops is available as well. In terms of education, it is a short distance to access schools and daycares from anywhere in this part of Windsor.

Character

Riverside offers a relaxed atmosphere and will appeal to those who enjoy spending time outdoors. This part of Windsor is very quiet, as the streets are very calm. Lastly, it is very easy to reach parks in the neighbourhood, since there are about 30 of them close by for residents to explore, such as Little River Corridor and Realtor Park.
