Transportation

Lansing-Westgate will attract property owners that value various means of transportation. With many nearby rapid transit stations with access to the Line 1 (Yonge-University) and Line 4 (Sheppard), and about 30 nearby bus lines, property owners can rely on public transit to travel in this neighbourhood. Lansing-Westgate will also attract home buyers who want to live in a walkable area since it is moderately walkable; meeting day-to-day needs is easy without a car, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Commuting by bicycle is convenient in this area.

Services

It is very often an option for house buyers in this part of Toronto to shop for general and specialty groceries without a vehicle. Residents will also find that many tree-lined streets are present. Most sections of this neighbourhood are very serene and quiet, but some other parts can be noisy, especially around Highway 401.
