Located within the Greater Thunder Bay metropolitan area, Westfort is a neighbourhood within Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Transportation

Driving is a very good mode of transportation in Westfort. Parking is quite easy, and most real estate listings are a rather short drive from the nearest highway. However, travelling by transit can be difficult in Westfort by reason of the low service level. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and it is especially convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most homes. The bicycle is a reasonably good method of transportation in this area as there are a limited number of hills. It is at times challenging for people travelling on foot to move around in Westfort since few daily errands can be run without a vehicle.
