Transportation

Property owners who appreciate being in a walkable area will enjoy the rather pedestrian-friendly character of Grandview; meeting daily needs is easy without a vehicle. Grandview is also conducive to cycling. Travelling by public transit is challenging in Grandview. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and it is very easy to find a nearby bus stop from most homes. However, travelling by car is especially convenient in Grandview. The majority of properties for sale are a short drive from the closest highway, and parking is quite easy.

Daycares and schools are very easy to access without a car from most properties for sale in this part of Thunder Bay. As far as eating is concerned, it is usually feasible for property owners in Grandview to do their groceries on foot. Character

Grandview is appealing, as it has both vibrant and quiet areas. At the same time, this part of the city is very quiet, as the streets tend to be very tranquil.
