Transportation

Driving is usually the preferred transportation option in Fitzroy. It is very convenient to find a place to park. The bicycle is a fairly good means of transportation in Fitzroy. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of Ottawa are located in areas that are not very conducive to those who travel by walking as almost no daily errands can be run without the need for a car.

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Fitzroy. Furthermore, parents may find it very hard for their children to get to daycares by walking.
