Transportation

Constance Bay is very car friendly. Parking is easy. The bike is a reasonably good means of transportation in Constance Bay. Traveling by walking is not very practical for house buyers in this part of the city since most daily needs are very challenging to carry out without a car.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this neighbourhood. Likewise, parents and their children may find it very hard to access daycares without a vehicle. With respect to eating, some, but not all, home buyers in this part of the city will live within walking distance of the closest supermarket. A small selection of restaurants can be found in Constance Bay as well.

Character

Constance Bay offers a slower-paced environment. The noise levels in Constance Bay are very low, as the streets are generally very peaceful. Parks aren't well-spread out, making it rather difficult to reach them from numerous locations within the neighbourhood. Despite that, there are a few green spaces close by for residents to enjoy, like Torbolton Forest.
