Transportation

No matter the means of transportation, it is moderately easy to get around in this neighbourhood. The public transit system in Dixie is reasonably good. In particular, residents can count on the Dixie on the Milton. The neighbourhood is connected by approximately 10 bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily very close by. Dixie is also a fairly pleasant part of Mississauga for pedestrians; running daily errands is easy without needing a vehicle, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Dixie is moderately amenable to bicycling.

Services

Parents and their children will appreciate that wherever their property is situated in Dixie, schools and daycares are nearby. When it comes to eating, both general and specialty grocery stores are ordinarily accessible within a short stroll from anywhere in this neighbourhood. Furthermore, there is typically a restaurant or cafe in close proximity. House buyers benefit from a large number of nearby clothing stores.

Character

There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Dixie, as well as some areas with a vibrant feel.
