Nevertheless, house owners are served by about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are typically very close by. In contrast, the car is usually the best approach to navigate this part of Kitchener. It is a rather short drive to the closest highway, such as Highway 7 & 8, from anywhere in this neighbourhood, and it is convenient to find a parking spot.

House buyers in this part of Kitchener will value that a grocery store is always only a rather short distance away. In addition, there is usually a restaurant or cafe just around the corner.
