Transportation

Cars are a very good medium of transportation in Eastbridge. Coming across a parking spot is easy. On the other hand, the transit access in Eastbridge is rather poor. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally very close by. Travelling by bicycle is convenient in this neighbourhood as Eastbridge features reasonably good cycling infrastructure, and there are not many hills to confront bike riders. This area is not very well-suited for pedestrians since very few common errands can be run without needing to resort to a car.

Services

Daycares and primary schools are very easy to access as a pedestrian from any location in this area. On the other hand, there are no high schools in this part of the city. In terms of eating, a car is commonly required in this area to reach the nearest supermarket. Nonetheless, getting to the closest pharmacy and consequently some basic food items is typically convenient. This neighbourhood is a good place in which to go out to eat, and a limited variety of coffee shops can be found as well.

Character

The character of Eastbridge is exemplified by its relaxed atmosphere. This part of Waterloo is very quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Finally, there are around 30 green spaces nearby for residents to check out, like Anndale and Snyder's Flats, and they are very well-situated, which makes them easy to get to.

This part of Waterloo is particularly good for those looking for three bedroom homes. About 90% of the dwellings in the neighbourhood are occupied by homeowners while the remainder are rented.
