Transportation

Cars are an excellent transportation option in this neighbourhood. Nearby highways are easy to reach from any home in Simcoe, and parking is generally easy. In contrast, the public transit network in this part of the city is quite bad. The bike is a rather limited mode of transportation in Simcoe because there are a fair number of hills to challenge cyclists, and the bicycling infrastructure is not very extensive. Many of the homes for sale in this part of Hamilton are located in places that are also not very well-suited for pedestrians because running common errands is inconvenient without needing a vehicle.
