Transportation

Most houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are fairly well-suited for those who prefer to travel on foot; carrying out daily needs is easy without a vehicle. Moving around by bicycle is also convenient in Hunter. This part of Hamilton is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. In contrast, driving is a fairly good transportation option in Hunter. Finding a parking spot is quite easy.

Services

It is a rather short distance to get to daycares and primary schools from most homes for sale in Hunter. In contrast, there are no high schools in this neighbourhood. With respect to eating, home buyers in Hunter will be pleased to learn that a grocery store is always only a short stroll away. Moreover, Hunter is a good place in which to go out to eat, and a small number of coffee shops is available as well. It is also convenient to access a variety of clothing stores without a vehicle.

Character

Hunter is a very good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed atmosphere. Most areas in this part of Hamilton are very quiet, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic. Finally, the majority of locations in the neighbourhood have reasonably good access to green spaces, like Dundas Driving Park, since there are about 10 of them close by for residents to relax in.
