Vaughan Grove is a neighbourhood within Vaughan, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

This neighbourhood affords home buyers several alternative means of transportation. The good transit access makes transit a viable option for many owing to plenty of nearby rapid transit stations on the Viva Orange, and approximately 10 nearby bus lines. On the other hand, there are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of Vaughan Grove, even though running common errands is easy without the need to get in a car. Vaughan Grove is amenable to biking. Cars are also an excellent transportation option in Vaughan Grove. Finding a place to park is generally easy, and many homes for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway, such as Highway 407.

Services

In this part of Vaughan, parents and their children will typically be able to get to daycares and schools by walking. In terms of food, it is easy to get to the nearest grocery store by foot in this neighbourhood. Moreover, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a good number of choices, and property owners benefit from a few cafes as well. It is also a reasonably short trip to a good variety of clothing stores.

Character

There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Vaughan Grove. Reaching green spaces, such as Woodbridge Fairgrounds and Thackeray Park, is very easy from the majority of locations within the neighbourhood since there are approximately 30 of them nearby for residents to check out. Lastly, due to the presence of very few pedestrians, this part of Vaughan is relatively quiet.

Housing

Homeowners occupy about 70% of the units in the neighbourhood and 30% are occupied by renters. In this neighbourhood, around half of dwellings are large apartment buildings, while single detached homes are also present in the housing stock. This neighbourhood experienced its biggest construction boom after the year 2000, so most of the available properties are from this era. This neighbourhood offers mainly four or more bedroom and two bedroom homes.
