Transportation

It is convenient to commute by bike in this neighbourhood because it is an even ride to most destinations, and Timberlea features fairly good bicycling infrastructure. Most houses for sale in this area are located in places that are also moderately well-suited for those who prefer to get around on foot; many daily needs can be met without a vehicle. Timberlea is moderately car friendly. It is easy to access a parking spot. In contrast, travelling by transit can be challenging in Timberlea by reason of the low service level.
