Playter Estates is a neighbourhood within Toronto, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

This area allows homeowners to travel by a diversity of methods of transportation. Many of the houses for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are particularly conducive to those who like to travel as pedestrians; all daily needs can be carried out without a vehicle, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Playter Estates will also draw active people because it is suitable for biking. More precisely, the cycling infrastructure is rather extensive, and a bike share station can always be found close by. This area is home to excellent transit infrastructure as a consequence of plenty of nearby rapid transit stations on the Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth), and approximately 10 nearby bus lines. This part of the city is also car friendly. Most homes for sale are a very short car ride from the closest highway, such as Don Valley Parkway.

In addition, residents will find that numerous tree-lined streets are around.
