The neighbourhood of Beverley Glen is part of the city of Vaughan, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

This area offers house buyers several alternative modes of transportation. Beverley Glen is moderately transit friendly as a result of plenty of nearby rapid transit stations with access to the Viva Orange, and approximately 10 nearby bus lines. Walking is also practical for house buyers in this neighbourhood; many daily errands can be run without a vehicle. Bicycling is convenient in this area since the bicycling network is reasonably well-developed.

Services

Daycares and schools are straightforward to get to without a car from most houses for sale in Beverley Glen. As far as food is concerned, a supermarket is ordinarily reachable within a reasonably short stroll from anywhere in this neighbourhood. Moreover, those who enjoy dining in restaurants or cafes will have a fair number of choices in Beverley Glen. It is also a rather short stroll to a decent variety of clothing stores.

Character

The character of Beverley Glen is exemplified by its relaxed environment. Green spaces, such as Concord/Thornhill Regional Park and Jean Augustine District Park, are especially well-spread out and there are approximately 30 of them nearby for residents to explore, resulting in them being easy to access from many locations within the neighbourhood. This part of the city is reasonably quiet overall, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic - although that is not the case close to Highway 407.

Housing

In Beverley Glen, roughly half of dwellings are large apartment buildings, while single detached homes make up most of the remaining housing stock. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of two bedroom and four or more bedroom homes. Homeowners occupy around three quarters of the dwellings in the neighbourhood whereas the remainder are rented. Roughly half of properties in this neighbourhood were built after the year 2000, while most of the remaining buildings were built in the 1980s and the 1990s.
