La Salle is a neighbourhood within Burlington, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Hamilton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Travelling by car is very convenient in La Salle. It is straightforward to park, and most real estate listings are a short drive from the closest highway, such as Highway 407. In contrast, the public transit service in La Salle is not particularly frequent. Thankfully, homeowners benefit from the Aldershot with access to the Lakeshore West. The neighbourhood is linked by about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. It is at times difficult to get around by bike in La Salle as the topography is not especially flat, and the cycling network is not very comprehensive. Thankfully, a few enjoyable areas for bicycling can be found. Traveling as a pedestrian is also not very popular in this area, even though many common errands can be run without a car.

Services

Daycares and primary schools are straightforward to access by foot from most homes for sale in this part of Burlington. However, it can be challenging to reach high schools without the need to get in a car. Regarding eating, the closest supermarket in La Salle is usually only a rather long distance away.
