The neighbourhood of Freeman is part of the city of Burlington, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Hamilton metropolitan area.

Transportation

The favoured way to get around in this area is very often a car. Most houses for sale are a very short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Highway 403, and finding a parking spot is quite easy. This part of Burlington is also rather transit friendly. For instance, there is the Burlington on the Lakeshore West. There are about 10 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are commonly around the corner. There aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of this area, despite the fact that most day-to-day needs are easy to carry out without the use of a car, and a variety of businesses are fairly close at hand.
