West Quoddy

The community of West Quoddy can be found in the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

This area is an extremely good part of Halifax for moving around by car. It is very convenient to park. It is very difficult for people walking to navigate West Quoddy because almost no daily errands can be run without the need to use a car. This area is also not very bike-friendly because the topography is not very flat, and the bicycling infrastructure is not very extensive.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in West Quoddy. In addition, there are only a very small number of daycares and accordingly they can be a very long walk away. As far as eating is concerned, a car is almost always required in West Quoddy to access the closest supermarket.

Character

West Quoddy offers a relaxed atmosphere. Most areas in West Quoddy are especially quiet, as the streets tend to be very peaceful. Parks aren't well-distributed, which results in them being very difficult to access from the majority of locations in this part of Halifax.
