The community of Mooseland is part of the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

The car is very often the preferred way to get around in this part of Halifax. It is very easy to park. Cycling is challenging in this part of Halifax as there are a good number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave, and the cycling infrastructure is quite poor. Walking is also not very feasible for home buyers in this community because almost no common errands can be run without a vehicle.
