Lake Charlotte

The community of Lake Charlotte is part of the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

The favoured transportation option in this part of Halifax is usually driving. It is very easy to access a place to park. This part of the municipality is not very appropriate for bicycling since the area is not particularly flat, and there are very few bike lanes. Lake Charlotte is also not very suitable for pedestrians because almost no day-to-day errands can be run without a vehicle.

Services

This community does not have any high schools or primary schools. Furthermore, daycares are not abundant and therefore may require a very long walk to get to. In terms of food, home buyers in this community almost always have to rely on a car to buy their groceries.
