Transportation

Cars are a great mode of transportation in East Mountain. Most properties for sale are a very short drive from the closest highway, such as Highway 104, and it is very convenient to find a place to park. Most houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are not very conducive to those who like to travel as pedestrians because running common errands is difficult without a car. East Mountain is also not very bike-friendly since there are a fair number of slopes to challenge cyclists, and the bicycling network is quite bad.
