Transportation

This area is particularly car friendly. It is very convenient to come across a parking spot. It is difficult to get around by bicycle in this area because there are a good number of slopes, and the cycling infrastructure is not very well-developed. A majority of the homes for sale in this community are located in areas that are also not very suitable for those who travel on foot because most daily needs are very impractical to meet without a car.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this community. In addition, daycares are not plentiful and consequently not always within a short distance. Concerning eating, in all cases, a vehicle is required to buy groceries.

Character

Caribou Marsh offers a slower-paced atmosphere and will appeal to those who enjoy spending time in green spaces.
