The neighbourhood of Waterford Valley is part of the city of St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, which is situated in the Greater St. John's metropolitan area.

Transportation

The car is usually the favoured way to move around in Waterford Valley. It is a very short drive to the closest highway from any location in this part of the city, and parking is quite easy. On the other hand, the public transit service in this part of St. John's is not very frequent. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by around 10 bus lines, and bus stops are commonly around the corner. Getting around on foot in this part of St. John's is not very popular, even though carrying out daily needs is convenient without a car. Cycling is also occasionally difficult in Waterford Valley because there are quite a few elevation changes, and there are few bike lanes.

Services

It is generally possible for house buyers in Waterford Valley to do their groceries by foot. Additionally, this neighbourhood is a good place in which to go out to eat, and there are also a few coffee shops in this part of the city.
