Platt is a neighbourhood within Fredericton, New Brunswick, which is located in the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Active home buyers will welcome the rather bike-friendly nature of Platt. More specifically, there are few hills to challenge cyclists, and the bicycling network is reasonably good. Platt is also moderately convenient for those who get around by foot; most daily needs are convenient to carry out without a vehicle, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Cars are a fairly good medium of transportation in Platt. It is a reasonably short car ride to the nearest highway from any home in this area, and it is convenient to come across a parking spot.
