The neighbourhood of North Devon is part of the city of Fredericton, New Brunswick, which is located in the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Bicycling is convenient in this neighbourhood because there are a fair number of bike lanes. It is also easy for people walking to navigate this area; running day-to-day errands is convenient without a vehicle. North Devon is a very good part of Fredericton for driving. Coming across a place to park is generally easy. However, residents using public transit may experience limited choices in North Devon due to the low service level. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is served by about 10 bus lines, and it is very easy to reach a nearby bus stop from most houses.
