The neighbourhood of Hanwell Park is part of the city of Fredericton, New Brunswick, which is located in the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Hanwell Park is very car friendly. Nearby highways are very easy to drive to from anywhere in this area, and it is especially convenient to access a place to park. In contrast, the transit infrastructure in this part of Fredericton is rather poor. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most houses. It is at times difficult to commute by bicycle in Hanwell Park as there is a significant amount of hills, and this area has quite bad bicycling infrastructure. Walking is also not very feasible for residents in Hanwell Park because very few daily needs can be met without the use of a vehicle.

Services

Daycares are straightforward to access by foot from most homes for sale in Hanwell Park. However, this part of the city does not contain any primary schools or high schools.
