Transportation

Getting around by car is very easy in South Pointe. It is especially convenient to park, and it is a rather short car ride to the closest highway from any location in this neighbourhood. In contrast, the public transit service in South Pointe is not very frequent. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and it is especially convenient to get to a nearby bus stop from most properties. This part of the city is moderately conducive to biking since cyclists do not face significant elevation changes, and the cycling network is good. South Pointe is not very well-suited for those who like to travel as pedestrians as meeting day-to-day needs is impractical without a vehicle.

Services

The nearest supermarket in South Pointe is generally only a very long walk away. A limited variety of coffee shops can be found as well. In terms of education, parents and their children will appreciate that no matter where their home is situated in South Pointe, daycares and primary schools are close by. On the other hand, there are only a few high schools and accordingly they can be a long distance away.

Character

The character of South Pointe is exemplified by its calm ambience. This area is very quiet overall, as the streets are generally very tranquil. Finally, getting to public green spaces in the neighbourhood, such as Kirkbridge Park and Ken Oblik Greenway, is easy since there are about 10 of them close by for residents to relax in.
