The neighbourhood of Regent is part of the city of Winnipeg, Manitoba, which is located in the Greater Winnipeg metropolitan area.

Transportation

Regent will attract home buyers who value walkability as it is moderately walkable; meeting daily needs is easy without a vehicle. In contrast, Regent is not particularly suited for bicycling since there are a limited number of bike lanes. Nonetheless, the topography is flat. Public transit users may have few options in Regent by reason of the service's low frequency. Nevertheless, residents have access to around 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most homes. In contrast, commuting by car is very convenient in Regent.
