Victoria-Fraserview is a good part of Vancouver for car-free transportation options. Many of the houses for sale in this area are located in places that are rather suitable for those who get around as pedestrians; meeting daily needs is easy without a car, and various businesses are moderately close at hand. Biking is also convenient in this part of the city since the cycling network is reasonably well-developed. With approximately 10 nearby bus lines, this area is reasonably transit friendly. In contrast, driving is a somewhat poor medium of transportation in Victoria-Fraserview. That being said, it is convenient to park.
