The neighbourhood of Hastings-Sunrise is part of the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Hastings-Sunrise offers home buyers several alternative methods of transportation. Thanks to many rapid transit stations on the Millennium Line, and about 20 nearby bus lines, the public transit system in this area is reasonably good. Hastings-Sunrise will also attract home buyers who appreciate residing in a compact community because it is reasonably walkable; running daily errands is easy without the need for a vehicle, and plenty of businesses are moderately close by. This part of Vancouver will appeal to active house buyers because it is reasonably suitable for bicycling. In particular, the cycling network is reasonably good.

Even though this neighbourhood is not known for its lively atmosphere, its main streets can still be quite energetic, and with its a few bars, it is easy to find a place to grab a drink since they are generally located a short walk away. The noise levels in Hastings-Sunrise are quite low, as the streets are tranquil, although there are still several louder areas, especially near Trans-Canada Highway, Bridgeway or one of the railway lines. Green spaces, including Empire Fields and Falaise Park, are very well-distributed and there are over 50 of them nearby for residents to unwind in, which results in them being easy to get to from the majority of locations within the neighbourhood.

Housing
