Part of the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Ocean Park is a neighbourhood within Surrey, British Columbia.

Transportation

The preferred way to move around in this part of Surrey is often driving. Parking is easy. On the other hand, the public transit service in this part of Surrey is not very frequent. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. Ocean Park is fairly suited for cycling. This neighbourhood is not especially suitable for people who like to get around as pedestrians since carrying out daily needs is sometimes challenging without a vehicle.

Services

House buyers in Ocean Park will value that a grocery store is always only a reasonably short distance away. Residents are served by around 10 restaurants and coffee shops as well. With respect to education, primary schools and daycares are convenient to get to without the need for a car from anywhere in Ocean Park. On the other hand, parents and their kids may find it very difficult to reach high schools by foot.
