It is a rather short car ride to the closest highway, such as steveston highway, from any home in this neighbourhood, and parking is generally easy. Numerous locations within the neighbourhood have reasonably good access to parks, including Deas Island Regional Park and Garden City Community Park, since getting to the closest one is very easy from the majority of properties for sale and there are over 50 parks nearby for residents to discover. Finally, thanks to the presence of few pedestrians, this part of Richmond is relatively quiet, although there can be more noise for those who are around the railway line, highway 91 or Highway 91.
