Part of the Greater Prince George metropolitan area, Austin is a community within Prince George, British Columbia.

Transportation

Moving around by car is straightforward in Austin. Parking is quite easy. However, the transit service in Austin is not very accessible. Thankfully, the community is served by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically around the corner. Walking is not very practical for property owners in Austin since running common errands is impractical without needing a vehicle. Cycling is also challenging in this community because there are a fair number of slopes, and the bicycling network is not very comprehensive.

Services

Families will appreciate that no matter where their house is located in Austin, daycares and primary schools are nearby. However, high schools are not particularly abundant and thus tend to require an extended walk to get to. As far as eating is concerned, a grocery store is typically reachable within a reasonably short trip from most properties for sale in Austin.
