Transportation

Sapperton will attract house buyers that use a variety of modes of transportation. Traveling as a pedestrian is fairly practical for residents in this part of the city; running daily errands is easy without a car, and plenty of businesses are rather close by. Sapperton is also moderately amenable to biking as Sapperton has reasonably good bicycling infrastructure. This part of the city benefits from a good public transit system due to various nearby rapid transit stations on the Expo Line, and approximately 10 nearby bus lines. Driving is also a fairly good mode of transportation in this part of New Westminster. It is convenient to park, and many real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway.
