Transportation

Cars are a very good means of transportation in this area. It is easy to park, and most houses for sale are a rather short drive from the nearest highway, such as nanaimo parkway. However, the public transit service in Five Acres is not very frequent. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most residences. Commuting by bicycle is easy in this area as the cycling network is comprehensive. It is occasionally challenging for people walking to get around in this area since most daily needs are occasionally difficult to carry out without a vehicle.
