Aberdeen is a neighbourhood within Kamloops, British Columbia, which is located in the Greater Kamloops metropolitan area.

Transportation

Aberdeen is an extraordinarily good part of Kamloops for travelling by car. Most houses for sale are a rather short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and it is especially convenient to come across a place to park. However, public transit users may have few options in Aberdeen due to the low service level. Nevertheless, there are around 10 bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far away from most homes. Aberdeen is not very convenient for pedestrians because most daily needs are difficult to meet without a car. It is also at times challenging to travel by bicycle in Aberdeen as cyclists are faced with a considerable amount of hills, and this part of the city is home to somewhat poor cycling infrastructure.

Services

Home buyers in Aberdeen often need a car to purchase their groceries. Residents benefit from approximately 20 restaurants and coffee shops as well.
