The neighbourhood of Central Ladner is part of the municipality of Delta, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is a very good transportation option in Central Ladner. Parking is easy, and the majority of properties for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway. On the other hand, travelling by public transit is difficult in Central Ladner. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. Central Ladner is not especially convenient for pedestrians since meeting daily needs is sometimes difficult without the use of a vehicle. However, the bike is a reasonably good mode of transportation in this part of the municipality.

Services
