Tempe is a neighbourhood within City of North Vancouver, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

It is convenient to commute by bike in this neighbourhood as the cycling network is reasonably good. People who appreciate living in a walkable community will also be pleased with the pedestrian-friendly character of Tempe; many daily needs can be met without the use of a car, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Public transit users may experience limited options in this area due to the low service level. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally around the corner. In contrast, the car is usually the best approach to navigate Tempe. It is convenient to come across a place to park, and nearby highways, such as Trans-Canada Highway, are very easy to reach from any location in Tempe.

Services

It is very often an option for house buyers in Tempe to purchase general and specialty groceries without a vehicle. Moreover, Tempe is a fairly good place in which to eat out or go to a cafe.
