Transportation

This area is very car friendly. Most real estate listings are a very short car ride from the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and parking is generally easy. However, the public transit service in Peardonville is not very frequent. Nevertheless, residents are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are usually very close by. Peardonville is not very appropriate for biking since the bicycling infrastructure is not very well-developed, and there are a good number of slopes for cyclists to brave. Nevertheless, certain enjoyable sectors for bicycling exist. Walking in this neighbourhood is also not very common, even though many day-to-day needs can be met without the use of a car.

Services

The closest supermarket in this part of Abbotsford is generally only a rather short stroll away. Additionally, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a fair number of choices, and there are also around 10 coffee shops in this area. When it comes to education, it is a reasonably short walk to reach daycares and primary schools from anywhere in this part of the city. On the other hand, it can be difficult to access high schools from properties for sale in Peardonville.
